For airport transfers, we use a local Englishman called Peter. He can cater for upto 8 people comfortably and runs an air conditioned mini bus. For car hire, we find www.yorcar.com is the cheapest and most convenient company.  Like many local operators they work from a stand at the airport and have a dedicated consultant for each rentee. They also allow you to drop the car at the airport carpark at your leisure upon departure. This saves on the hours you could spend queuing at a desk along with all the other people who have chosen to use Holiday Autos, for example and also the hassle of dropping the vehicle at a designated point and waiting for a courtesy bus!
