Current Pricing Structure All prices quoted are per week however we do accept bookings of different timescales ie 10 days on a pro rata basis and will offer discounts for 2 week stays. January to March £200April to May £250June £300July & August £350September £300October £250November & December £200Christmas/New Year 2007 £300We do not increase costs for special holiday periods, these are booked on a first come basis.
Payment terms: Booking deposit of £100 to secure the rental and the balance 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If the booking falls within the 6 week period, the full balance is payable to secure the rental. All deposits are non refundable Payment should be made to Sort Code 07-01-16 A/C No 47202579 Please contact us for other forms of payment Once payment has been received you will be sent full details on the apartment, including the security code for entry. For all bookings exceeding 7 days the apartment will be cleaned mid stay, and all towels changed. For shorter breaks a charge will be made of approximately £20 and should be requested on booking Further discounts may be given for late bookings subject to availability
