	The lounge is a spacious openplan layout, offering seating for 5, with views across the sea. The area also incorporates a real log fire. There are also dining facilities for 5 people.
	The kitchen offers everything you should ever need on a holiday. All appliances were new in 2006, along with crockery and utensils etc. There is also a breakfast bar area. Appliances include washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle. And those essential items - the wine cooler and champagne bucket.
	The master bedroom has stunning views and includes dressing area and kingsize bed. All rooms have fans and heaters but remain cool throughout the summer.
	The twin room is well proportioned and has juliet balcony overlooking the gardens. Each bedroom has excellent wardrobe space and numerous coathangers!
	The terrace allows for both recliners (2) and dining for 4 people. There is also clothes horse and BBQ. Large, and shaded at peak sun times.
	The spacious bathroom offers bath with shower, basin, toilet, bidet and heater. This room will be refurbished in November 2007.
